Allen Buckley

Allen Buckley comes to us from Atlanta, GA where he is a partner with the office of the law firm of Smith Moore LLP. His practice focuses on employee benefits, taxation and corporate law. He received a B.A. degree in accounting from Kent State University in 1982, a J.D. degree from the University of Georgia in 1985, and a LL.M. in Taxation degree from the University of Florida in 1989. From 1987 until 2001, he was a CPA as well as an attorney. His Martindale-Hubbard rating (ranking attorneys, by attorneys) is AV - the highest rating. He has authored or co-authored approximately 20 professional legal articles. Most recently he authored the book "Why the Fair Tax is a Sham". He was the Libertarian Party's candidate for U.S. Senate in Georgia in 2004.
